BILLING:

  • Hourly rates have a minimum 1-hour charge, followed by 30-minute increments.

  • Full payment is required upon invoice receipt via credit/debit card or Apple Pay.

  • Estimates are typically free, but some may require a fee based on complexity, time, and location

PRICING & CONTRACTS:

  • Fixed-price quotes are subject to VAT and available upon request before work starts (either verbally or in writing).

  • Commercial boiler and gas safety certificates are billed at our hourly rate.

MATERIALS & WARRANTY:

  • Client-supplied materials are not covered by our warranty.

  • Material collection is charged at our hourly rate (maximum 1 hour per trade).

INVOICING & REPORTING:

  • Invoices are digital (paper copies available on request) and detail all work, including time, labor, and materials.

  • Insurance reports are billed at the applicable trade’s hourly rate, which can be used as a credit towards future work.
